In early 2017, at 19 years old, Nick founded BitMitigate, a cutting edge content delivery network and website security company which provides a comprehensive suite of website solutions. BitMitigate took technologies and services including an anycast content delivery network, DDoS protection, and an edge level web application firewall, which were previously only available to large enterprises, and made them available to the mass market. Just two years after its inception, BitMitigate was already being used by some of the largest websites in the world (Alexa Rank 3k, 5k, and 20k) and currently processes over 400 million requests per month. BitMitigate was acquired by Epik in February of 2019.

Prior to founding BitMitigate, Nick provided consulting and software development around secure end-to-end encrypted messaging technologies, DDoS protected VPN systems, quantum resistant cloud file storage, and more for some of the biggest companies in the world.

Earlier in his career, in 2011 at just 13 years old, Nick founded Evercraft, a minecraft gameserver. Evercraft quickly grew to be one of the largest Minecraft servers in the world with over 50,000 monthly active users. While running Evercraft, Nick saw a void in the market for affordable Minecraft server hosting and used his earnings from Evercraft to create Orca-Host. Orca-Host was the first Minecraft server hosting company to offer gameservers below $10/mo per GB of RAM. At its peak, Orca-Host had a deployment of over 1,000 gameservers around the world. Nick sold both Evercraft and Orca-Host in 2013.
