In this article, we’ll learn how to add 2-factor authentication to your Epik Hosting cPanel account.

cPanel supports Google Authenticator, FreeOTP and similar TOTP based applications.

1. First, log in to your cPanel hosting – you learn how to access your cPanel in this article.

2. In your cPanel Dashboard, click Two-Factor Authentication under Security.

3. In the Two-Factor Authentication page, click Set Up Two-Factor Authentication.

4. You’ll be given a screen with a custom QR code. In your Authenticator app, scan the QR code – this will add a tab to your code window with hosting server number and cPanel username. If you don’t have a QR code in your device, you can also set it up manually with the username and key. Input the 6-digit code from your app and click Configure Two-Factor Authentication to save.

Your two-factor authentication is now set up, and you’ll be required to input it at login.
