How to cancel backorders

When canceling backorders, the amount that was paid is automatically refunded to your In-Store Credit* account. To cancel a backorder:

1. Login to your Epik.com and navigate to your Domain Dashboard.

2. On the top black navigation bar, click Backorders.

3. You’ll be taken to the backorders page. Select the desired backorder in progress.

4. Here, hover over the Actions button, and click Cancel Backorders.

If you wish to be refunded to the original payment method, review your refund eligibility in our Refund Policy For Backorders and submit a ticket request.


*Your Epik In-Store Credit (ISC) is non-refundable, but can be used for any of Epik’s products or services.
