Adding funds to your in-store credit account

Epik has an awesome feature called in-store credit which you can use for all your transactions at Epik.

The following tutorial provides step by step instructions on how to add funds to your in-store credit account using mutiple payment methods.

Step 1

Login to https://registrar.epik.com/auth/login

Click on Account on the top menu

Click on Payment Settings

Click on IN-STORE CREDIT & MASTERBUCKS on the left sidebar

Click on the Add Funds button located in the IN-STORE CREDIT section.

Step 6

Enter the amount you wish to add in the Amount to add field

Step 7

Accept the Universal Terms of service by checking the I have read and agree to the terms of the Universal Terms of Service checkbox

Step 8

Click on Add Amount. This will take you to the shopping cart to checkout.

Choose the payment method from the options on that page or pay with another payment method by click on the PAY WITH A NEW PAYMENT METHOD link.

Checking your In-Store Credit balance

To check your in-store credit balance, click on the Balance Link under Quick Links in the dashboard

Click on Balance in Dash Board

You will find the balance under the Balance column in the IN-STORE CREDIT section

Another way you can check the balance is as follows:

Please follow steps 1 thru 4 above.

The balance in your in-store account will show under the IN-STORE CREDIT section.

Checking your In-Store Credit balance

Adding a Credit Card on file

Step 1

In your Epik account, click on Account on the top menu

Click on Payment Settings

Ensure that Credit Cards & Paypal is selected on the sidebar menu

Click on Add New Payment Method

Choose Credit Card option

Enter the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV, First Name, Last name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Organization (optional), Phone (in the format +1.1231231234), Fax Number (optional) and Click Save

Step 6 enter credit card data and save

Once saved, the Credit Card will show, which confirms that your credit card was successfully added as a payment account on file.

Adding a Paypal method on file

Step 1

In your Epik account, click on Account on the top menu

Click on Payment Settings

Ensure that Credit Cards & Paypal is selected on the sidebar menu

Click on Add New Payment Method

Choose Paypal option

Click on the Create button

This will take you to your Paypal account. Login with your paypal credentials.

Step 7 Log in to your PayPal account

Review, enter any data like security code and click on Agree and Continue

You will be redirected back to your epik account where your paypal account email address will show, which confirms that paypal is successfully added as a payment account on file.
