Epik's Migration Concierge Service

General Information

Epik provides the Migration Concierge Service, which consists of the full managed procedures of moving your websites, emails and domains from your current web host and registrar accounts to Epik.com. You don’t have to do any of the heavy lifting – Epik handles all of that for you!

The Migration Concierge Service includes only the service of the migration itself, hosting costs and domain transfer fees are billed separately.

The Migration Process

Our Migration Concierge Service consists of just 5 easy steps:

1. Firstly, you’ll need to create an account at Epik.com to receive your domains/emails/websites.
2. After that, fill out the migration form below – our secure form is encrypted by SSL and sent privately.
3. An Epik Agent will evaluate the migration request and contact you to confirm all the details and schedule the timing according to your needs.
4. You’ll be prompted to fund your account with the amount relative to your choice of plans and/or number of domains/websites.
5. Epik will start working on your migration and complete it with 48 hours without downtime!

Form Security

Although our website and form are encrypted and secure, we highly recommend you set new credentials for your Registrar and Web Host accounts before going through the migration, and change them after the migration to follow the best security practices.
