External Domain Verification is a way of proving to a third party (usually a registrar, like us) that a person or organization has control or ownership over a specific domain name. It usually works by confirming the legitimacy of an email sender’s domain.
Proving ownership of your domains is a must for security, trust, and seamless operation of your Epik service. Verifying your external domains ensures that you’re recognized as the rightful owner, and with evidence that you control your domains, we’re equipped to help you manage and sell them in our marketplace.
Why does EDV matter?

EDV protects domain owners from unauthorized domain transfers and phishing, improves email deliverability, and secures online transactions. This means no more waiting for DNS updates or file uploads to complete.
