Epik.com Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy

In this document, Epik LLC is referred to as 'Epik'.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@epik.com and your account PIN # must be provided. There is a 5 day delete and refund option for new registrations only, however, please take note that day one begins on the day you register the domain. All registration delete and refunds will be subject to a .50cent fee being withheld (ICANN and Restocking Fee) and all refunds are processed to your In-Store Credit only. We can only refund for gtld's and newgtld's not cctld's. If you have any questions please email into support@epik.com. Thank you.

Refund Policy for Backorders

All backorders missed or cancelled get automatically refunded to the account users In-Store Credit.

Between day 1 and day 30 (day one starts on the first day the backorder is purchased) the account user may request a full refund to their original payment method. This request must be in writing to support@epik.com and the users account pin # must be supplied. This offer does not apply to backorder purchases funded by Masterbucks, Wire, or Crypto.

Premium Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy

Certain Domain Names offered by Epik are defined as Premium Domain Names. Premium Domain Names are sold on a no-return basis. Prospective purchasers of these Premium Names are notified of the Premium status prior to purchase. Premium Domain customers are required to electronically or physically sign a waiver of their right to a refund for a Premium Domain Name purchase before that purchase may be completed.

Domain Registration Refund Policy

Registration fees for Domain Names not purchased from Epik inventory are not subject to refund.

Domain Renewal Refund

All domain name renewals are final. Epik cannot revert renewal years on a domain at any time. During checkout make sure you review what is in your shopping cart before finalizing the transaction.

Web and Email Hosting Refund Policy

All web and email hosting packages come with a 7-day trial period. Day 1 starts on the day of purchase. If by day 7 you wish to cancel the solution and get a refund, you must email into support@epik.com with your account pin # and request. Money will be returned as In-Store Credit and only to the original payment method if approved by management. No refunds will be granted after day 7.

SSL Certificate Refund Policy

All SSL Certificate purchases come with a 7-day trial period. Day 1 starts on the day of purchase. If by day 7 you wish to cancel the SSL Certificate and get a refund, you must email into support@epik.com with your account pin # and request. Money will be returned as In-Store Credit and only to the original payment method if approved by management. No refunds will be granted after day 7.

SiteBuilder Bronze, Silver, and Gold Refund Policy

All three SiteBuilder packages come with a 7-day trial period. Day 1 starts on the day of purchase. If by day 7 you wish to cancel the solution and get a refund, you must email into support@epik.com with your account pin # and request. Money will be returned as In-Store Credit and only to the original payment method if approved by management. No refunds will be granted after day 7.

Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy

All domain name purchases are FINAL. At no time is a buyer due any refund after making a domain name purchase. If you believe there was a system error during your domain purchase, you are welcome to email support@epik.com and discuss the matter further with our team in which we will fully investigate and respond.

Managed WordPress Refund Policy

All managed Wordpress hosting packages come with a 7-day trial period. Day 1 starts on the day of purchase. If by day 7 you wish to cancel the solution and get a refund, you must email into support@epik.com with your account pin # and request. Money will be returned as In-Store Credit and only to the original payment method if approved by management. No refunds will be granted after day 7.

Inventory Deficit Refund Policy

On rare occasions, Epik`s system may misidentify domains as being in inventory when they are not. Also, Epik may offer for sale domains which Epik is in an auction to acquire, in the expectation that Epik will successfully acquire them. In the rare case that a customer buys a domain that is later determined not to be in Epik`s inventory, Epik reserves the right to either refund the customer`s money or to acquire the domain on the customer`s behalf, at Epik`s sole discretion.

In cases where Epik is unable to supply a domain that a customer has intended to purchase, the customer agrees that the customer`s sole and complete remedy shall be a refund of fees paid. The customer agrees that the customer shall not rely on the potential availability of any Offering, including, but not limited to, the purchase of a domain name, for any purpose, unless and until such name is actually registered to the customer.

Error Refund Policy

Epik makes every attempt to carry out its work flawlessly, including both human and machine processes. Such attempts notwithstanding, it cannot be ruled out that errors may occur on occasion, despite all efforts to avoid them. In the case of errors by Us, You agree that Your sole remedy shall be a full refund of fees actually paid by you to Epik for the specific, individual transaction during the execution or processing of which such an error occurred. You agree to forever forebear from any and all attempts to recover any money, property, or intangible rights or value from Us as a result of any errors we may make, other than the full refund of fees actually paid by you to Epik for the specific, individual transaction during the execution or processing of which such an error occurred.
