Your Epik Account PIN # is a personal and randomly generated 4-digit security code used to authenticate Epik users during support interactions.
It can be found by hovering your mouse over your account’s name on the top right-hand corner after you log into your Epik account.

You can also see it by clicking on account in the green bar>view profile>security and scrolling to the bottom. You can also change your pin in this section.
We suggest that you note down this PIN code in a safe place because if you ever lose access to your account – the easiest way to recover access to it is by having this PIN code.
Epik Support representatives will never as you for your account password – but we’ll ask for the PIN code in order to verify you as the account owner.
