How to cancel a domain transfer

To cancel a domain transfer, you can typically follow these general steps:

  1. Log in to your domain registrar account where the transfer was initiated.
  2. Locate the section or tab related to domain transfers or domain management.
  3. Find the specific domain transfer that you wish to cancel.
  4. Look for an option to cancel or stop the transfer process.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation of the domain transfer.


To Cancel an Inbound Transfer to Epik

Log in to your Epik.com dashboard.

In your Domain Dashboard, click Transfers > Get Transfer Status.

  • Click Actions to reveal the options menu, and as log as the transfer is pending, you can click Cancel Transfer.

 


You’ll be automatically refunded to Epik In-Store Credit* upon cancellation.

*Your Epik In-Store Credit (ISC) is non-refundable, but can be used for any of Epik’s products or services.
