1. Log in to your Epik.com dashboard.

2. In your Domain Dashboard, click Transfers > Get Transfer Status.

3. Click Actions to reveal the options menu, and then Cancel Transfer.

You’ll be automatically refunded to Epik In-Store Credit* upon cancellation.

*Your Epik In-Store Credit (ISC) is non-refundable, but can be used for any of Epik’s products or services.
