1. Login to the WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. In the right sidebar, click Posts/Pages
3. Click Add New.
In the default Gutenberg editor, you’ll be met with the block editor and a right options sidebar. This lets you add each block type (text, heading, media, columns and rows, buttons, as well as design patterns) sequentially to build out how you want the post to be organized.
The right sidebar option lets you control the post settings, such as the visibility, categories, tags (or page attributes), featured images, and more. Adding and clicking a block also reveals its options in the sidebar.
Classic Editor
One plugin that definitely deserves an honorable mention is the Classic Editor. The Gutenberg editor is a relatively new addition to WordPress, but users are able to get the classic editor through the plugin marketplace. This offers the classic editor experience prior to Gutenberg.
Page Builders
WordPress users can leverage page-building plugins such as Elementor in order to build their pages with precision and/or drag-and-drop tools. These are fantastic tools that make WordPress page building very accessible to non-technical users.
