How to request a refund

The eligibility criteria for all refund requests can be found in Epik’s Refund Policy, which can be accessed by clicking

Before requesting a refund, please ensure that your product or service purchase is within the designated refund period. In the majority of cases, funds will be returned as *In-Store Credit, and is only refundable to the original payment method in extenuating circumstances.


To request a refund, please contact a member of the Epik Support Team via phone at
(737) 301-5923, by using the chat feature located in the lower-right corner of the Epik.com landing page, or by email using
support@epik.com. If submitting your request via email, please ensure that you include your Epik account PIN in the body of your message.


Remember that the refund policy can vary depending on the product or service purchased, and some products, such as domain name registrations, may have specific refund conditions. It is recommended to review the refund policy for more details.

 

*If a refund goes to your Epik In-Store Credit (ISC) it cannot be cashed out, but it can be used for any of Epik’s products or services.
