My wire didn’t arrive or wasn’t credited

While our system automatically checks the wire with the provided information, there’s a chance that it’s not detected depending on the fees incurred, currency conversion, or other such financial transformations.

In case your wire wasn’t credited or you suspect it may have not arrived yet, contact our support by submitting a support ticket or emailing us. 

Make sure to include your Account Email & PIN, as well as your wire Transaction Reference code.
